Fresh Maine lobster tails are perfect for just about every occasion. Here is our favorite Maine lobster tail recipe that should be on the top of your list this summer!

Maine Lobster Tails
Lemon juice
¼ cup of Olive Oil
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon ground pepper

Step 1: Split the lobster’s tail in half lengthwise and press the flesh open
Step 2: Preheat the grill to medium-high temperature
Step 3: Add the ingredients to your mixing bowl to create your marinade.
Step 4: Brush marinade onto the flesh side of your lobster.
Step 5: Rub the grill grates with a little bit of olive oil to prevent sticking. Place the tails on the grill, flesh side down first, and cook for seven to eight minutes.
Step 6: Halfway through grilling, flip the tails over to cook on the shell side.
Step 7: Remove the Maine lobster tails off the grill and serve!
