Lobster Roll Recipe

There are lobster rolls, and then there is THE one truly best lobster roll. Our lobster roll recipe is a classic favorite and features the Connecticut Style. We’re not talking mayo with lettuce on cold lobster… we’re talking lobster lightly tossed with hot melted butter and seasoning on a toasted New England split-top bun.  Final touch: squeeze some lemon juice atop this mound of glory and take your first bite. This is the good stuff..dare we say the wicked good stuff.  Get yours now or just sit there and stare at our pics and imagine how it tastes.

STEP 1 – Gather lobster rolls, lobster meat. Prepare butter, desired spices and pan.

STEP 5 – Turn off stove top. Divide lobster meat into rolls

STEP 6 – Season with desired spices (celery salt, oregano, thyme, garlic salt, parsley, lemon juice).

Or… for a twist on the Classic Roll, try one of our founder’s favorite way of preparing lobster rolls:

STEP 2 – Toast or grill rolls.

STEP 3 – Melt butter on a pan or skillet over medium heat.  Mince a few cloves of garlic and toss it in the melted hot butter.  Season with salt and oregano to taste.  Allow the aromas of the garlic to cook in the hot butter for about a minute before adding in the lobster meat.

STEP 5 – Turn off stove top. Divide lobster meat into rolls

STEP 6 – Season with chopped parsley and give a generous squeeze of lemon juice to your lobster roll!
