¼ cup diced shallots
½ stick of butter
¼ of fresh lemon (for lemon juice)
½ teaspoon finely chopped fresh tarragon leaves
STEP 1 – Over medium heat, in a saucepan, melt butter and combine shallots and lemon juice.
STEP 2 – Bring the mixture to a boil and reduce heat to medium low.
STEP 3 – Add in half the amount of chopped tarragon and allow mixture to simmer for a few minutes.
STEP 4 – Remove from heat and sprinkle remaining tarragon leaves. Pour mixture in sauce container to use as a dipping sauce or use as a sauce base to grill lobsters. Serve and Enjoy!
(Great for lobster meat served HOT)
