3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of sriracha hot chili sauce
Few drops of truffle oil
¼ teaspoon of lemon juice
STEP 1 – In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and sriracha. Add in lemon juice. Stir and mix ingredients well until the hot chili sauce has fully combined and is smooth.
STEP 2 – Add a few drops of truffle oil and voila!
(Great for lobster meat served cold or hot. Or use as a spread for lobster rolls!)
